Beautiful village house in Espolla, at the foot of the Albera Natural Park with a beautiful environment full of megalithic vestiges and walks through forests, vineyards and, when there is water, small ponds. The house has entrance from two streets at different levels. By the entrance from the main street there is a beautiful cellar with preda walls with a large fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen and also a small WC. A cool space in the summer and cozy in the winter, ideal for gatherings with friends and family. For the entrance from the street above have a garage where there is a washing machine and a laundry room. Then the kitchen with another fireplace and balcony and a small WC. The living room also has a beautiful fireplace and a corner to put a family dining room, the windows face west with views of the vineyards with the Canigó in the background.
